About: Big ideas in a small space. PopBox is a 320-square-foot space within Boxyard RTP, founded in June 2021 on the principals of propelling retailers back into the market in light of COVID-19. In partnership with NC IDEA, the Research Triangle Foundation has awarded a micro-grant of $5,000 to each selected businesses. The PopBox brand is aimed at BIPOC- or woman-owned businesses- each will take a short-term pop-up residency inside a shipping container.
