Centralizing information for mixed-use, multi-stakeholder project

At Research Triangle Park, I completed the launch of the marketing portal for Hub RTP. The primary objective of this project was to create a powerful, password-protected platform that would serve as the central hub for all information and resources essential to Hub RTP brokers, developers, staff, and other stakeholders.

The Ultimate Resource Hub: Centralization and Accessibility

The newly developed portal served as a one-stop destination for all stakeholders involved in the Hub RTP ecosystem. With a secure login, authorized users gained easy access to an array of valuable resources, facilitating seamless collaboration and enhancing productivity. The portal featured a diverse range of functionalities to support stakeholders’ needs, including:

1. Development Schedules and Meeting Minutes: Up-to-date development schedules and meeting minutes provided valuable insights, allowing stakeholders to stay informed about project progress, deadlines, and important discussions.

2. Brand Assets: A comprehensive repository of brand assets enabled stakeholders to access official logos, marketing materials, and other essential brand-related content for consistent representation of the Hub RTP brand.

3. On-Site Camera Access: Real-time on-site camera access empowered stakeholders to remotely monitor construction progress and developments.

4. Experience Center Booking Information: Stakeholders gained the convenience of booking the Experience Center, streamlining the process and enhancing prospect experiences.

5. Contact Information for Developer and Broker Marketing Leads: A well-organized directory of contact information for developer and broker marketing leads promoted efficient communication and collaboration between teams.

6. Request Form and Ticketing System: The portal featured a user-friendly request form that automatically generated tickets for my team, ensuring prompt attention to inquiries and support requests.

7. Resource Upload and Editing: Stakeholders were empowered to upload and edit resources directly through the portal, enabling them to contribute up-to-date and relevant content.
