Open from dawn to dusk, Barkyard includes separate areas for small and big dogs, shade from pine trees, water fountains, and fully-equipped obstacle furniture.

This dog park was designed to be an extension of the cargotecture-built retail venue, Boxyard RTP.

In the spirit of sustainability, Barkyard was built by upcycled shipping container material, custom-welded from a local vendor.

Today, Barkyard is open to the public, often used to host dog-centric events and programming.
